I'm over the moon to announce that I will be speaking in Drupal Europe 2018!
I had a great time at DrupalCon Vienna last year, and had the opportunity to meet the awesome we know and love, Sebastian "phpunit" Bergmann, the CloudFlare team and several other people involved in Drupal. It was a great pleasure talking about what's new in PHP 7+, and thanks for attending my session: PHP 7+: The Whys and the Hows.
This year, the session title is simply "No!". The seed of the talk is Larry Garfield's talk on DrupalCon LA 2015.
The talk is about why it's important to say no to certain things in your software development lifecycle, how it benefits you, and how not to be a jerk when doing so.
Date: Sep 11, Tuesday
Time: 1:45 PM (right after the lunch)
Room 2.02 Chromium
I'm already in Europe this year, and had an amazing time in France and Croatia so far. I biked all the way from Strasbourg to Montpellier (around 1,600km), biked all the way up to Mont Ventoux (part of Tour De France, and one of the steepest biking routes), and hiked the full course of GR20 in Corsica, called one of the most difficult hike in Europe.
